Responsibilities:
1. Identify and recruit, interview and select suitable applicants for staff vacancies.
2. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems
3. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
4. Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
5. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
6. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies and practices.
7. Responsible for the admin related issues of MP China.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; preferably in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Management and Psychology, MBA a plus;
2. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in written and oral form in English
3. 5+ years HR management and training experience in a managerial role at a multi-national is preferred
4. Strong well rounded knowledge of Human Resource practices, policies, laws, and regulatory requirements related to recruiting domestically required
5. Attain knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
6. Attain knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
