Position: General Manager

 

Responsibilities:

1.         Sales Target Achievement for China Mainland for the years 2014-18

2.         Profit & Loss Responsibility for the company, incl. Sales Revenues and Pricing Strategy, Headcount Plan, Overhead Costs

3.         Market Development Strategy with Geographical Range, Staff Assignment and China Product Assortment

4.         Controlling and detailed Documentation of all Trademarketing and Sales Activities

5.         Monitor and control Production Output, ensure Quality and Efficiency meets the company’s high demands and Production Plan, Documentation and Records are in line

6.         To Form and Establish a strong Brand Name of company in China

7.         Creation and Implementation of Staff Development Plan of at present up to 20 full-time employees, in future growing according to Headcount Plan 2014-18

8.         Leading and Developing a strong Management Team of Sales Managers, Trademarketing Manager and Finance Manager

9.         Establish a transparent and strong Internal Control System among all Company Functions in China

10.     Implementing and holding responsible for a strong Reporting Line to Singapore HQ meeting the group’s reporting standards

 

Required Background

1.         Postgraduate University Degree from an esteemed Overseas Institution with above average Assessment Results

2.         Qualified Postgraduate Work Experience of 10+ years in a Multi-National Entity in the Chinese FMCG Sector wherein acting in a leading Management Position

3.         Powerful Hands-on Mentality and tight On-store control Experience on Operational Sales and Trademarketing Activities in the China FMCG Industry

4.         Experience in handling and developing Efficient Staff Functions and forming a strong Management Team

5.         Familiar with the Reporting Lines in a Global Organization and firm Practice in Information Exchange and Communication towards an overseas Board of Directors

6.         Highly developed Intercultural Competencies with fluent and superior English LanguaSkills

7.         Strong Leadership and Responsibility taking Character

8.         Distinctly structured and methodical approach to work with a strong focus on Transparency and Communication within the Organization

9.         Holistic and strategic way of Planning and Execution
