ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND CORE RESPONSIBLITIES:
1
Prepare none SH/BJ/GZ/SZ CKP staff monthly payroll to make sure accuracy and in time payment of salary
2
Check the different city social insurance , Administration of benefits, social insurances, tax
3
Acts as the main liaison person with Finance, branches or any external partiesrvice providers to ensure efficient delivery of payroll service
4
Store Staff double check monthly attendance & commission report provided by shops
5
Administrate compensation and benefits policies and programs on a day to day basis
6
Delivery of staff handbook & all policy
7
Prepare store staff labor contact for HR officer – C&B
8
Cooperate with Franchise for Store recruitment
KEY PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
1
Bachelor’s degree or above
2
More than 3 years HR Generalist experience in MNC
3
Good English skill in both written and oral
4
Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
