Positon: Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1.Answer order request from sales person and customers, settle the terms in the sales contract. Satisfying the customer’s expectations and maintain the company interests at the same time. Place the sales contract and make the confirmation with the customers.
2.Push to implement the sales contract. Transmit the producing and delivery instruction to warehouse. Coordinate the steps in the process to make sure the process smoothly going.
3.Serve as a window to take the request and complaint from the customers; Pass the information to the person who is related; Organize to response the customers in positive mood; Answer the customers with the information in the tooling box.
4.File the Sales Contract and Delivery Form, Complaint record, and Agreement. Record the sales pricing. Protect the company chop. Take the training on all products which are selling in China market
5.Deal with company admin. issues
Requirements:
1.College or above degree with Administrative / Secretary or other background
2.5+ years relevant working experience is preferred;
3.Good English skills both in written and oral;
