Responsibilities:
• Set targets of the profit center „Service
China“ in the TCA in alignment with the global strategy and defined targets
• Achieve set targets with the organization of
“Service China” by taking all required promotional and organizational measures
• Promote and actively sell spare parts (&
overhauls) to achieve set targets with spare parts
• Promote and actively sell service contracts as
maintenance or inspection contracts
• Manage service engineers to achieve set
targets with service
• Manage spare parts business to achieve set
targets with service
• Define, establish and develop an efficient and
robust organization ensuring customer satisfaction through e.g. reachability and
technically professional service execution
• Handle escalated customer complaints and
ensure satisfactory resolution through organizing support by service engineers,
suppliers and other Company organizations
• Provide profitable customer service for third
party companies / equipment, such as Kasto
• Design and implement reporting system for the
key performance metrics in the customer service business in Asia
• Review and manage service business in Asia
based on performance metrics
• Support local heads of service in organization
and management of service business
• Coordinate service activities between the
regions
• Coordinate training for service managers as
well as for service engineers
Requirements:
• Engineering or commercial education background
• Entrepreneurial drive an initiative
• Several years with management and leadership
experience
• Skills in sales and handling of customers
• Ability to lead and retain technically skilled
service engineers
• Language Skills: English
